Hale Napili is a small condominium complex with private ownership and a well-managed rental program. Our Napili lodging features one bedroom oceanfront, oceanfront studio, garden partial ocean view studio and garden studio accommodations located on the beach. All units are kept updated and are extremely well maintained and said by many to be among the finest Maui condominiums money can buy.

Jamie Lum Lung-Ka'eo, a Native Hawaiian, is the general manager as was her mother before her, and she knows everything about the surrounding area and Maui. Between Jamie and the staff no question goes unanswered. She and her staff keep the entire complex in top shape. From the well thought out garden areas with native landscaping, orchids, flowers and colorful plants, to the dual natural gas barbeques, (cleaned every day to perfection), and the sparkling laundry area, (free to all guests, leave some of those extra clothes at home), there is not a detail missed at our Napili lodging. The Owners Association Board of Directors works closely with Jamie to ensure an exemplary experience for every guest. Collectively directing projects to upgrade and maintain the entire facility. No detail escapes the Board's watchful eyes.
